Our primary goal is to get your order to you by your quoted delivery date, but please remember, delivery times quoted on your order summary page are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Please keep in mind, the recent pandemic has had a ‘ripple effect’ on shipping and delivery practices on many levels including those of our vendors, manufacturers and delivery providers. In addition, last year’s event saw many individuals and families becoming more actively involved in outdoor activities which increased demand for outdoor products.
We continue to work tirelessly to ensure our outdoor customers get the products they need, by the time they need them, to enjoy the great outdoors!
If you requested email notification for your order and provided a valid email address when placing your order, you will be sent periodic email correspondence regarding the status of your order.
Most of our email updates will contain a list of the contents of your Order. The status of each item will be displayed next to the Item Description and cost. Check out the chart below for an explanation of the different statuses that may be displayed.
If you have created an account in our online store can also view your order status in your Order History. Log into your account and click the Order History link. Inside your Order History you will see a summary order status displayed next to each order. By clicking the Details button next to the order, you can view the specific status of each individual item on the order.
If you checked out as a guest or have not created an account in our online store you can use the Guest Order Status tool to find out the status of your order. Just enter the email address you provided on the order and the order number and click the LOOK UP ORDER button to view the status of the order.
We want you to enjoy your new purchase! If you find the need to return or exchange any item(s), you typically have the option to return to our retail stores or by mail regardless of whether the merchandise was purchased in a store, by phone, or online with just a few exceptions*.

Orders placed online have the following options:
- Standard: Most packages will ship FedEx Home, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail.
- Express: Will ship FedEx 2-Day.*
- 1-Day Delivery: Will ship FedEx Standard Overnight.*
*Orders placed Monday-Friday by 4pm ET should ship the same day – please note dates during checkout.
Shipping charges are based on your order total. Weekends and holidays will delay shipment. Some restrictions apply. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice.
